Hold your breath and get ready, Taco Junkies, because a fan-favorite Taco of the Month is back at Torchy’s Tacos. The Holy Diver, available at participating Torchy’s locations throughout September, features grilled Achiote shrimp on a bed of cabbage slaw, topped with chopped mango, pickled onions, jalapeños, cotija and cilantro with jalapeño tartar sauce on a flour tortilla.

“Our fans go crazy for the Holy Diver, and we knew we had to bring it back for this month’s taco,” said Mike Rypka, founder and CEO of Torchy’s Tacos. “This taco has a little bit of everything – sweetness from the chopped mango, complex spices from the Achiote shrimp, and a satisfying crunch from the cabbage slaw to tie it all together. Cast your line and grab yourself a Holy Diver while you can!”

September’s Drink of the Month, the Pain Chiller, is available on the rocks or frozen, featuring pineapple juice, coconut, orange juice, plus a floater of Captain Morgan and a dash of nutmeg.

Portions of the proceeds from Taco of the Month sales go to Torchy’s charitable partners, including the Make a Wish Foundation, MD Anderson and Phoenix House.
