The rumors are true… the Torchy’s Gold Card gets you FREE QUESO FOR A YEAR! There are 200 gold cards at each store location (available for purchase in store only). Get them while you can because these will sell out. Spend $250 on gift cards this holiday season and receive free queso for a year via a Torchy’s Tacos Gold Card. The Torchy’s Tacos Gold Card will automatically comp a full queso purchase on any order. Taco Cash Bonus cards are also available for smaller gift card purchases.
Torchy’s Tacos Gold Card Terms and Conditions: Limit ONE FREE QUESO per day with any purchase. Valid between November 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024 only. Only valid for dine-in or to-go placed in-store. Not valid for online, app or third-party delivery orders. No cash value, credit or change will be given. The holder is responsible for any applicable sales tax. May not be combined with any other offer, coupon or discount. Void if altered, copied or sold. Discount cannot be applied to the purchase of alcoholic beverages, gift cards or retail items.
This card is a discount card and/or a gift/stored-value/loyalty card. The value of this card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. You should protect this card as if it were cash or a credit card. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This card represents no cash value. This card is not redeemable for cash. Team Members of Torchy’s Tacos are NOT permitted to use the Torchy’s Tacos Gold Card for personal use.

Q: What are the important dates of the campaign?
A: Our Holiday Gift Card Celebration runs officially from November 13th, 2023-December 31st, 2023. This is the timeframe the gift card purchases will be redeemable for the below listed rewards.
The following rewards are available for redemption based on the total transaction
- The Taco Bonus Cash cards are only eligible for use from January 1st, 2024 – March 31st, 2024
- The Torchy’s Taco Gold Card is eligible for use 24 hours after purchase in-store (to allow for full activation) in-store to December 31st, 2024. Guests may redeem gift card purchases for the Gold Card beginning November 13th.
Q: How do you earn Torchy’s Tacos Bonus Cash during the Holiday Gift Card Celebration?
A: Total transaction amounts with $25 on gift card(s) and receive (1) $5 Taco Cash Bonus Card. Spend $100 on gift cards and receive (5) $5 Taco Cash Bonus Cards.
Q: How do you earn the Torchy’s Tacos Gold Card during the Holiday Gift Card Celebration?
A: If a guest is to purchase $250(+) worth of gift cards, they are to receive JUST the Torchy’s Tacos Gold Card. No Taco Cash Bonus Cards will be redeemable at this point. Supplies are limited and equally distributed amongst all Torchy’s Tacos locations and will not be replenished.
Q: How does the Torchy’s Tacos Gold Card work?
A: The Torchy’s Tacos Gold Card will automatically comp a full queso purchase on any in-store order or pick-up order paid for in-store. Any variation of queso outside of regular (Hillbilly style, half orders, etc.) is NOT included in this offer. Must be paired with an additional purchase. No other items will be discounted or comped. The Gold Card redemption cannot be combined with other discounts or rewards. The Gold Card can only be used to redeem free Queso order once per day.
- The Gold Card will be valid for use through 11/1/2023 – 12/31/24. Once purchased, the Gold Card will require 24 hours for full activation and available for use the following day.
- Limit ONE free queso per day with any purchase.
Q: Am I allowed to buy more than one gift card and still redeem rewards?
- Yes, the minimum amount necessary for Taco Cash Bonus Card redemption can be separated into multiple gift card purchases (i.e.: $50 gift card + $50 gift card = $100, which would still result in $25 in Taco Cash Bonus Cards). The rewards received will be determined on the final transaction amount spent.
- Guests will receive a $5 Taco Cash Bonus Card for every $25 purchased regardless of individual card denominations (i.e.: if a guest purchases $75 total in gift cards, they should receive (3) $5 Taco Cash Bonus Cards, and so on)
Q: Will I receive the Taco Cash Bonus Cards alongside the Gold Card?
- No, if a guest is to purchase $250 worth of gift cards, they are to receive JUST the Torchy’s Tacos Gold Card. No Taco Cash Bonus Cards will be redeemable at this point.
Q: If I spend $500+ in gift cards, may I receive multiple Gold Cards?
A: If supplies are available in-store, guests may redeem multiple Gold Cards as long as the total transaction amount meets the requirements listed above.
Q: What if I spend more than $250+ in gift card purchases but do not want a second Gold Card?
A: Guests with total transaction amounts above $250 may redeem Taco Cash Bonus Cards for the total transaction amount available for the appropriate rewards spend.
