Taco Junkies, we’re here to come clean.
As y’all might’ve noticed, we’ve made some changes in the past couple weeks to our online ordering, and to be honest, these changes have not gone as planned. Due to some technical challenges, we haven’t been delivering the Damn Good service you know, love, and deserve.
To put it bluntly, this sucks.
Our guests are everything. Knowing that we’ve let you down is truly disappointing, and for that I sincerely apologize. The Torchy’s team and our technology partners are working around the clock to fix the issues and get us back in tip-top shape as soon as possible. Fear not – our restaurants are still open and ready to fulfill your taco cravings and we hope to have all of our restaurants available for online ordering and delivery in the coming days.
We can’t thank y’all enough for your patience and understanding in this time of change for us at Torchy’s. Know that we’re working hard to innovate, improve and put our best food forward. We’ll be sure to keep you in the loop as we work to deliver the Damn Good Experience that you deserve.
