Damn Good Giving – MD Anderson Cancer Center

It feels damn good to give back!  Torchy’s is so thankful for the opportunity to give within our community, and we’ve focused our assistance in areas where our company founders are especially passionate: cancer research, childhood enrichment, and addiction recovery.

In the important arena of cancer research, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center fights to eliminate cancer  in Texas, the nation, and the world through outstanding programs that integrate patient care, research and prevention, and through education for undergraduate and graduate students, trainees, professionals, employees and the public. Caring, Integrity, and Discovery are the core values of this mission.

Torchy’s is extremely proud to contribute to this inspiring organization, as the work they do is very near to our hearts. We absolutely plan to continue our alignment with MD Anderson, and invite you to attend the Michale E. Keeling Center for Comparative Medicine and Research Community Open House to learn more about their efforts. The event will be held on April 25th, 2014 at the center in Bastrop, TX. Details HERE.
